What’s included in Domino installation?
Fast track installation includes basic Domino server setup on your in-house server for MasterFile. That includes user registration, MasterFile user and administration groups, database creation rights, etc., workstation connectivity, etc. For those running RDS or Citrix servers, we will work with you to install Domino and MasterFile there too. Installation does not include troubleshooting your infrastructure (network, LAN, connectivity, etc.) or Windows issues.
What does training include and how is it structured?
Training is conducted via web-session. Times are 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm PST. Up to 10 attendees can attend via their own computers or preferably in a boardroom with a large screen and speaker-phone. We can tailor training to start from scratch, or cover any topics specific to your needs. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss your requirements via email or phone.
Can you explain typical tasks professional services undertake?
Our professional servcies team covers specialized work and support outside the support included with your MasterFile or Notes/Domino license. These can include tasks such as custom Domino installations, troubleshooting infrastructure issues (at our discretion), checking, correcting and/or testing Concordance and CSV loadfiles, troubleshooting load errors from incorrectly created CSV loadfiles and creating custom CSV loadfiles for your datasets.
