Document families are automatically preserved when data sets are loaded in MasterFile.
The “by Families” view lets you delegate family documents, like emails and attachments, together for any task such as review, production, etc. A document always links its family documents so you can easily find related documents in any of MasterFile’s views.

Near-duplicates and email threading by content
eMails are threaded by content – which is far more useful than threading in traditional ways such as by subject or via replies.
Clusters are created with a reference document and exact duplicates or near duplicates of the reference, with a percent similarity value.
This means when you review the reference you can be sure you are reviewing all others included in its cluster, cutting your review time dramatically – often by 2/3rds or more.
Intelligent review tools lets you easily see differences within similar documents to analyze actual differences in similar documents very quickly.

Predictive coding and TAR
Larger data sets can be iteratively refined via MasterFile’s predictive coding engine.
Select a starting keyword and AI engine will return a possible set of relevant documents. Choose one that is closest and the set will be refined. The iterative process will yield a highly accurate results set.
